Scale development papers are only considered if they report the development of a new scale. Please provide a copy of the scale for readers and researchers for use. For scale development papers, report the results of either Exploratory or Confirmatory Factor analysis or Both and content and face validity indexes for the scale.If you plan to sell your scale for research purposes after publication, we will not publish the scale. Please note in your cover letter if you plan to do this.

We only consider theory development and evaluation papers are considered if they offer new insights into existing theories beyond basic analysis, and support the premises with adequate research. We also consider reviews and critical analysis papers about the use of any given theory in designing and conducting research. In such papers, please clearly outline the limitations of the theory.
